I have spent my personal and professional life talking to people from all walks of life. I lived for many years in Moscow, Russia and have travelled to many other countries.

I am originally from Warwickshire and after many moves both within the UK and internationally I am now based in Cornwall.

I trained initially as a State Registered Nurse, qualifying in 1985. Over the following years I gained a variety of qualifications including a Clinical Hypnotherapy Diploma, a Complete Mind Therapist Diploma, The Professional Life Coach Diploma and finally the Corporate and Executive Coaching Diploma.

I trained with the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis, the SWSCH and Johnathon Royle. I belong to the RIHP, am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register and GQHP. I have worked over the years for several health authorities and international companies.

I use all of my skills in a unique blend to help my clients overcome their issues and achieve their goals and true potential. I have a high success rate, as I only work with clients who are looking to make changes and are prepared for the commitment and effort that will be required to achieve their desired results. Ultimately my clients are responsible for their own results. When they put in the effort, coaching is highly successful, supporting the clients through the change process.
