CD Returns and Refund Policy

Every item sold is inspected before it is shipped. If your item is received damaged, please contact Mind Care Associates immediately to arrange a return and replacement.

Due to the nature of DVDs and Cds, we are unable to issue refunds under any circumstances. However, if the products are found to be fault we will happily arrange a replacement.

No orders may be cancelled after receipt of the goods if the goods have been unsealed. Should a customer wish to cancel their order having received the goods, they will be expected to pay for the cost of postage.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
