Richness

How rich do you feel right now? I am not just talking about money.

How rich do you feel about all of your life?

Can you imagine how you would feel if you could live your life on your own terms?

How does this make you feel right now?

Make a list of the most important areas of your life that are important to you and how your life could be better in those areas.

Your list will probably have on it any or all of the following:

  • Relationships
  • Health
  • Family
  • Money
  • Security
  • Leisure
  • Career
  • Spirituality
  • Friends
  • Community

If you felt truly rich how would it affect the areas on your list?

Try to write down at least three things for each of your areas that you would be able to have or do.

Look at your list. How do you feel about your your list?

  • What would you be able to have?
  • What would you be?
  • What can you now have?
  • How do you feel as a result?

Try to visualize your new life.

What easy steps can you now take to start and make your new rich life?

Remember any positive change that you make will bring about more positive outcomes.

You get more of what you focus on, so focus on what you really want to change and believe me when I say that positive things will start to happen for you.

There is no magic wand but you can get out of life what you want out of life.

Every day, pick a time when you can have a few moments to yourself. Most people find that time just before going to sleep is their 'own thoughts' time, but you pick the best time for you. Just think about your future life, visualize your new life. Each and every time you repeat this exercise you are creating your future.

Wealth

  1. Do you believe that you can achieve wealth? To attract wealth you must focus on wealth.
  2. Declutter your life. Start as you mean to go on. Focus on the future. Visualise your future and your wealth.
  3. Look at what you want in your life.
  4. Decide on your goals, short- and long-term.
  5. Identify what you need to do.
  6. Identify any limiting beliefs that you might have that are stopping you.
  7. Take that first step.

Relationships

  • Without that quality time your relationship will not last. You need to make time for each other on your own .
  • Make a conscious commitment not to blame and criticize each other .
  • Think about the positive aspects of your relationship and try not to dwell on the negative .
  • It is essential that you feel secure and loved . A good relationship is built on trust and give and take on both sides.
  • Relationships should be emotionally and physically fulfilling . It is important that you know how to fulfill both of these areas.
  • If there is a problem then deal with it rather than ignore or sweep it under the carpet. The issues do not go away on their own.
  • Finally, not all relationships can be saved but if you do nothing then you have lost before you have given it a chance.
